La Estiva magazine publishes a report on the LIFE MIDMACC project. The report reflects that climate change is already a reality in the mountains of the Pyrenees and its effects are beginning to be observed. The importance of the project for the Jacetania region, where a part of the experimental plots of scrubland clearing and forest management are carried out, is also stressed as alternatives to the current rural abandonment of the mid-mountain areas
