That is why in high mountain areas such as the Cerdanya Valley in Girona, Llivins Winery is already experimenting with high altitude viticulture. It is harvested at several degrees below zero with the frozen grapes that give rise to ice wine, a phenological jewel rich in sugars and aromatic. One of the pilot experience of LIFE MIDMACC project is developed in this area, under the implementation of Llivins Winery.
