TV reports on Llivins Winery, the place where one of the pilot experiences of LIFE MIDMACC project is developed

Three TV reports have explained the particularities of Llivins Winery vineyards, a high mountain area in Girona province. Global warming can reduce the area for growing wines in a few decades. That is why in high mountain areas such as the Cerdanya Valley in Girona, Llivins Winery is already experimenting with high altitude viticulture. It is harvested at several degrees below zero with the frozen grapes that give rise to ice wine, a phenological jewel rich in sugars and aromatic. One of the pilot experience of LIFE MIDMACC project is developed in this area, under the implementation of Llivins Winery. Here you can know a little more about this winery and the pilot experiences of the LIFE MIDMACC.
